To start, open Ocelli and go to Settings › Team › Create a team. You pay in your browser and get invite codes for everyone else.

What does the team see?
Only the notes you share, one at a time. The transcript and the recording stay on your Mac. Teammates read the note in their library and can’t change it, and you can stop sharing it whenever you like.
Can Ocelli read our shared notes?
No. A note is encrypted on your Mac, with a key only your team holds, before it is sent. The server stores only the encrypted note and can’t read it.
Who can join our team?
Only people an admin approves. Someone joins with an invite code, and their Mac can read nothing until an admin says yes. Notes shared before they joined stay closed to them unless an admin opens them.
Can we edit shared notes together?
No. Teammates can read a shared note, and only the person who shared it can change it and share the changes.
What happens when someone leaves?
They lose access to the team’s notes on all their Macs. The notes they shared stay with the team.
How do we start?
One person creates the team in Ocelli under Settings › Team › Create a team and pays in the browser through Stripe. Ocelli then gives them a Recovery Kit and invite codes for the others.
What happens if our team cancels?
Cancel in Stripe’s billing portal and the team runs until the end of the period you paid for. Everyone keeps their own notes readable on their Mac, and you can subscribe again from Settings › Team. Fewer seats work the same way: they take effect at the next renewal.
